Organic, sugar-free strawberry jam is the perfect addition to many dishes, giving them a unique flavor. It can be added to pancakes and baked goods, or to oatmeal and groats.
This pasteurized product is made by destemming strawberries and adding apple concentrate to achieve the appropriate pH level. It has a sweet and sour flavor typical of strawberries, and a color similar to that of the fruit itself. 100g of the product is prepared from 80g of fruit. It contains only naturally occurring sugars.
