Pro Aktiv Siberian Fir Needle Oil is 100% pure oil from Siberian fir (Abies sibirica), registered as a food supplement. It is obtained by steam distillation from the needles and young branches of trees growing in ecologically clean areas of Siberia.
The product is standardized for bornyl acetate content of 30-35% – the main active ingredient determining the quality of fir needle oil. Thanks to this standardization, each bottle of Pro Aktiv guarantees a consistent composition and concentration of active substances.
Composition and characteristics
Pro Aktiv fir needle oil contains a rich complex of natural monoterpenes and terpene esters. The dominant active ingredients are bornyl acetate (30–35%), camphene (20–25%), and α-pinene (10–13%) – compounds belonging to the group of phytoncides, which are volatile substances naturally emitted by coniferous trees.

How to use
The recommended daily dose is 5-10 drops of Siberian fir needle oil mixed with a spoon of honey or sugar. It can also be used externally.
