Cornflower and linden honey from the Maja apiary in West Pomerania. Of all honeys, cornflower honey has the highest content of lysozyme, an enzyme found in the digestive system. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties, strengthening immunity against infections and helping to fight them.

Linden honey is made from the nectar of the small-leaved lime ( Tilia cordata Mill.) and the large-leaved lime ( Tilia platyphyllos L.) and is one of the tastiest honeys. It has a golden yellow or greenish-yellow color and the scent of linden blossoms. Linden honey has a sweet, slightly spicy, and bitter flavor.

Linden and cornflower honey is excellent for various colds, flu, coughs, sinusitis, and bronchitis. Thanks to its essential oils, it destroys microorganisms on the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract.

Cornflower-linden honey has fever-reducing, antitussive, expectorant, and diaphoretic properties. It also has a calming and antispasmodic effect.
