- Linden flower – has a diaphoretic and antispasmodic effect, which helps cleanse the body of toxins.
- Quince fruit – has astringent and antibacterial properties, and also contains pectins and organic acids that regulate the functioning of the digestive system.
- Sea buckthorn fruit is a source of vitamins A, E and K as well as omega-3 and omega-6 acids, which strengthen the protective barrier of the skin and mucous membranes.

Preparation method
Pour freshly boiled water over the sachet and steep for 5-10 minutes, covered. Drink once daily.
