Na Cholesterol Tea is a blend of natural herbs and fruits designed specifically for people with elevated blood cholesterol levels. Its ingredients positively impact cholesterol metabolism and the proper functioning of the circulatory system:
- Apple peel – contains pectin, a water-soluble fiber that binds cholesterol and removes it from the body.
- Lemongrass – has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, supports digestion and body cleansing.
- Chokeberry fruit – is rich in anthocyanins, flavonoids and vitamin C, which protect blood vessels from damage and prevent cholesterol from accumulating on artery walls.
- Alfalfa seeds – contain saponins that lower LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood and increase HDL cholesterol levels.
- Evening primrose seeds – are a source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which inhibits cholesterol synthesis in the liver and improves the ratio between LDL and HDL fractions.
- Dandelion herb – has choleretic and bile-forming properties, which facilitates fat metabolism and lowers blood cholesterol levels.

Preparation method
Pour freshly boiled water over the sachet and steep for 5-10 minutes, covered. Drink the prepared infusion three times daily, before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
