Ingredients

Rowan fruit, lavender flower 20%, blackberry leaf, cinnamon bark, clove flower, mulberry leaf, bilberry leaf

Preparation method

Infusion to drink warm

Pour boiling water (approx. 250 ml) over a teaspoon of the dried herb and steep, covered, for 10 minutes. It also tastes delicious with ginger and honey.

We recommend brewing the mixture directly in the mug, without an infuser. Rowan, cinnamon, and cloves release their aroma over time, and when left in the mug while drinking, they enhance the flavor.

Recommended storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place.
