Ceremonial Cacao Perú Amazonas is a 100% natural, full-fat cocoa paste (cocoa mass) of exceptional quality. It comes from the pristine regions of the Peruvian Amazon, specifically the Junín, Ayacucho, Cusco, and Ucayali regions.

This product is obtained from certified, ecological plantations and crops covered by the Rainforest Alliance program, which guarantees the highest quality and respect for the natural environment.

Origin and production process

The cacao is made from premium beans such as Chuncho, VRAE-15, and VRAE-99, known for their unique flavor and aroma. The beans are hand-harvested, then traditionally fermented and dried at low temperatures. This process preserves their raw character and the full nutritional value that is key to the ceremonial qualities of cacao.

Preparation method

Add the desired amount of cocoa to water or plant-based beverage at approximately 60-80°C and blend. A typical ratio is 10g of cocoa per 250ml of water.
