Chocante's Dominicana Conacado ceremonial cocoa is an organic Trinitario cocoa paste from the Dominican Republic. It boasts an intense chocolate flavor, with subtle caramel notes and low acidity. It's perfect for cocoa ceremonies and as a base for hot beverages and desserts.

The cocoa comes from the Conacado farmers' association, which supports small producers, uses ecological methods and is certified by BIO, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance.

Preparation method

Add the desired amount of cocoa to water or plant-based beverage at approximately 60-80°C and blend. A typical ratio is 10g of cocoa per 250ml of water.
