Boflax ground flax is made from brown flax seeds, which have numerous medicinal properties. Produced by the Institute of Natural Fibers and Medicinal Plants.
Flaxseed contains a significant amount of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, lingans, and many valuable minerals. By absorbing water, flaxseed provides a feeling of fullness and curbs appetite, which is why it's used in weight-loss diets.
The preparation contains less fat than traditional flaxseed, and therefore is low in calories and has no oily aftertaste.
Ground brown flaxseed can be steeped in hot water and drunk, or added to oatmeal, smoothies, or yogurt. Flaxseed is also useful in cosmetics, as an ingredient in face or hair masks, or as a bath additive.

Preparation method
Pour 1/2 cup of hot water over 1 teaspoon of the supplement and let it sit for a few minutes. For optimal results, consume 2-3 times daily, preferably about half an hour before meals. The mixture can also be added to milk, juices, light broth, honey, or cereals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
