Rooibos, or dried leaves from the red bush, is native to South Africa and has a red color and a slightly sweet, honey-like flavor.
It tastes delicious not only hot – rooibos is also great as an iced tea. It's naturally caffeine-free, so you can drink it before bed.

Pour freshly boiled water over one teaspoon of tea and steep for 5 minutes, covered.
