Preparation method
Dissolve 10g of agar in 1 liter of cold water and sweeten if necessary. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. After boiling, let cool slightly. Pour into a mold and leave to set in the refrigerator. Agar can be prepared with fruit juice or other juices.
