Organic Shoyu Mild Soy Sauce is perfect for meat, fish, vegetables, and seaweed dishes. It can be combined with other ingredients or used on its own, for example, as a sushi sauce.
Mild Shoyu soy sauce also pairs well with pickles, wok dishes, rice, noodles, sushi, sashimi and stewed vegetables.
Shoyu sauce has a slight alcoholic flavor, which comes from the fermentation of wheat. When using soy sauce, remember to add it towards the end of cooking—otherwise, it will overpower the entire dish.
