Birch sap, also known as birch sap or birch sap, has numerous medicinal and health-promoting properties. Birch sap contains a significant amount of vitamins and minerals: B vitamins, vitamin C, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, amino acids, and natural plant enzymes.
It strengthens the immune system, reduces rheumatic pain, and has diuretic and cleansing properties. Birch sap also aids digestion and improves the appearance of skin and hair. Its rich nutritional content prevents anemia. Birch sap has a slightly straw color and a delicate, tart-bitter taste.
Dary Natury birch sap is harvested from forests near the Białowieża Forest. The trees are not harmed during the harvesting process, which is why the product is certified organic.

Method of application
It is recommended to drink birch sap 2-3 times a day, ¼ cup (approx. 25-50 ml), for 15-20 days. Do not exceed 3 glasses of sap per day.
It should not be heated, as this will lose its healing properties. Shake well before use.
Recommended storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 72 hours.
