Organic mountain oat flakes are made from crushed oat kernels. During processing, the grains are pre-cracked, allowing the flakes to absorb water more quickly and require less cooking time.

Preparation method
Cook the flakes in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
