Natural amidated pectin for jam making is a natural gelling agent that allows you to obtain the consistency of an easily spreadable jam from your favorite fruits.

Amidated pectin for low-sugar jams is a combination of apple and citrus pectin that has better gelling and thickening properties than regular pectin. It's ideal for making low-sugar jams because it doesn't require a large amount of sugar to activate.

Method of application

  1. Prepare 2 kg of fruit and 1 kg of sugar. Pour half a cup of water over the prepared fruit and bring to a boil.
  2. Mix the contents of the package (30 g) with one cup of sugar. Pour into the simmering fruit and stir. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining sugar and cook until completely dissolved. Add a teaspoon of citric acid dissolved in a small amount of hot water. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Skim off the foam and pour the hot jam into jars. It is recommended to pasteurize the jam for 20 minutes.

Recommended storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place.
