Preparation method

It's best to grind, break, and crush milk thistle seeds. Drink 1 cup of infusion three times a day, prepared with 1 teaspoon of milk thistle seeds (4 g) per glass of water. A daily serving (3 teaspoons) contains 12 g of milk thistle seeds.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
