Preparation method
Drink 1 cup of infusion prepared with 1 teaspoon of milk thistle seeds (4 g) per glass of water three times a day. A daily dose (3 teaspoons) contains 12 g of milk thistle seeds.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
