Preparation method
Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add about 400 ml of cold water, mix well, and set aside for 2 minutes. Then fry thin pancakes in a hot pan with a little oil.
Pancakes can be served with jam, white cheese, spinach, or with meat or mushroom filling.
The finished dough is enough for 8-10 pancakes.
