Gluten-free oat flour, gluten-free oat flakes, husk-free pumpkin seeds 13%, teff flour, linseed, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, psyllium husk, Himalayan salt

Preparation method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Grease a baking pan (a small loaf pan) with coconut oil or clarified butter. You can sprinkle it with teff flakes, rolled oats, or ground flaxseed.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- While stirring thoroughly, slowly add 500 ml of highly carbonated water.
- Transfer the mixed dough to a baking pan and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours.
- Once baked, remove the bread from the pan and wrap it in a cloth. Set aside to cool.

Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed.
