Black cumin gives bread a distinctive, slightly spicy flavor and aroma. It's not only a delicious addition but also a wealth of valuable nutrients. Black cumin contains omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, selenium, and B vitamins, among other nutrients, which positively impact our health.

Preparation method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Grease a baking pan (a small loaf pan) with coconut oil or clarified butter. You can sprinkle it with teff flakes, rolled oats, or ground flaxseed.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- While stirring thoroughly, slowly add 500 ml of highly carbonated water.
- Transfer the mixed dough to a baking pan and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours.
- Once baked, remove the bread from the pan and wrap it in a cloth. Set aside to cool.

Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed.
