With our gluten-free white bread mix, you can easily bake delicious bread that's just like traditional wheat bread. Simply add water and bake the dough for a fragrant loaf.

Preparation method

  1. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  2. Add 500 ml of warm water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Knead the dough.
  4. Place in an oven preheated to 30-40°C for 90 minutes.
  5. After rising, knead again and shape into a loaf.
  6. Place the bread in the oven and increase the temperature to 220°C. Bake for 80 minutes. Store wrapped in a cloth.

Recommended storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed.
