Preparation method
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Add 500 ml of warm water and mix thoroughly.
- Knead the dough.
- Place in an oven preheated to 30-40°C for 90 minutes.
- After rising, knead again and shape into a loaf.
- Place the bread in the oven and increase the temperature to 220°C. Bake for 80 minutes. Store wrapped in a cloth.
Recommended storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed.
