Ingredients in a daily portion of 3 g (2 teaspoons): thyme herb 0.3 g; rowan fruit 0.3 g; elderberry fruit 0.3 g; agrimony herb 0.3 g; birch leaf 0.24 g; oat herb 0.18 g; cornflower flowers 0.15 g; juniper fruit 0.15 g; heather flower 0.15 g; restharrow root 0.15 g; goldenrod herb 0.15 g; lappa herb 0.15 g; lingonberry leaf 0.15 g; elderberry flower 0.15 g; artichoke herb 0.12 g; helichrysum flower 0.06 g.
Preparation method
Pour freshly boiled water over one heaped teaspoon (1.5 g) of tea and steep covered for 10-15 minutes.
Drink twice daily. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
