Raspberry fruit ( Rubus idaeus )*, linden flower ( Tilia cordata )*, yarrow herb ( Achillea millefolium )*, black elderberry fruit ( Sambucus nigra )*, black elderberry flower ( Sambucus nigra )*, coltsfoot leaf ( Tusillago farfara )*, plantain leaf ( Plantago major )*, sunflower flower ( Helianthus annuus )*, mallow flower ( Malva silvestris )* (in various proportions) (*certified organic ingredient)
Content of ingredients in a daily portion of 4 g (2 teaspoons): raspberry fruit 0.6 g; linden flower 0.6 g; yarrow herb 0.6 g; elderberry fruit 0.52 g; elderberry flower 0.48 g; coltsfoot leaf 0.4 g. sunflower flower 0.2 g; mallow flower 0.2 g; plantain leaf 0.4 g.
Preparation method
Pour freshly boiled water over one teaspoon of tea and steep covered for 10-15 minutes.
Drink 1-2 times a day.
