Organic guar gum is a natural thickener obtained from the endosperm of the seeds of the Cyamopsis tetragonolobus plant (legume family). It dissolves easily even in cold water, has a neutral taste and odor, and can be used as a gelatin substitute. It is often used in ketogenic and vegan diets.
Guar gum can be used to prepare sauces, soups, jams, desserts and baked goods.
