Organic sideritis tea is an infusion of the leaves and stems of a Balkan plant with many health properties.
Sideritis, also known as Lebanese sage or mountain tea, is rich in vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium, potassium and sodium, as well as phenolic acids, glycosides, diterpenes and essential oils.
It has a delicate and aromatic taste that can be enriched with honey or lemon.
Ingredients
Dried cut sideritis* ( Sideritis scardica ) 100% (*certified organic ingredient)
Preparation method
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 3 g of dried herb (two scoops included with the product). Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Drink twice daily.
The polyphenol content in 6 g of dried fruit is 0.11 g.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is not recommended for use by children, adolescents under 18 years of age, or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
