Organic gluten-free baker's yeast. Suitable for all baking recipes. You can use it to prepare cakes, breads, rolls, and other baked goods.
One sachet is enough for 500 g of flour and corresponds to ½ cube of fresh yeast.

Preparation method
Mix the contents of the bag evenly with the flour. Do not dissolve directly in water!
