Preparation method
- A cup of very thick milk chocolate: Prepare about 70 ml of 18% cream (or 35 ml of 35% cream and 40 ml of milk), add about 7 g of chocolate. Heat to about 60-70°C, stirring slowly. Once melted, the chocolate is ready to drink.
- A cup of milk chocolate: Take 200 ml of milk and add 2 tablespoons of chocolate (approx. 30 g). Heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts.
