BICAPS dietary supplement provides high concentrations of calcium and vitamin D3. Contains 279.5 mg of calcium and 2000 IU of vitamin D (D3) per capsule. The calcium is in the form of highly absorbable citrate, and the vitamin D is derived from lichen.

Method of application
The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules once a day with a meal that contains fat.
