Dried Wakame seaweed BIO 25 g - Porto Muinos
Organic Wakame seaweed, dried at temperatures below 42°C.
They can be added to salads, sushi, soups, meat dishes, as well as rice, pasta, or scrambled eggs. Roasted and crushed wakame seaweed can be used as a condiment. They have a mild marine flavor and are slightly crunchy and fleshy.
The white coating may be due to naturally occurring salt. It is recommended to consume approximately 4g of wakame seaweed per person per day.

Preparation method
Soak in water for 10 minutes. After soaking, wakame expands to six times its dry weight. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until desired.
Recommended storage conditions
Store in a dry place, keep tightly closed after opening.
