Dried seaweed Nori flakes ORGANIC 25 g - Porto Muinos
Organic Nori seaweed flakes, dried at a temperature below 42°C.
Roasted, they can be eaten as a snack, and crumbled, they become a condiment. Cooked nori can be added to soups, creams, croquettes, pancakes, as well as scrambled eggs, rice, and stews. They contain the highest protein of all seaweeds and are considered the tastiest.
The white coating may be due to naturally occurring salt.

Preparation method
Soak in water for 5 minutes. Nori expands to four times its dry weight after soaking. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until desired. It can also be prepared in the oven or in a pan.

Store in a cool and dry place.
